Creative Team

Dr. Khyati Shah - Founder

Dr. Khyati Shah, a Bachelor of Physiotherapy graduate from Sardar Patel University, Anand, began her journey with Swarg Community Care in 2012 as a physiotherapist. Her dedication and compassionate care quickly earned her a leadership role in 2013. Since then, she has contributed significantly to resident recovery, advocacy, mentoring, marketing, and organizational development. As Co-Founder of i-Hriday, she brings her expertise in child and adult therapy, sensory integration, and developmental delays. With advanced certifications in pediatric physiotherapy and extensive practical experience, Dr. Khyati takes an evidence-based approach to therapy, driven by her commitment to helping specially-abled individuals reach their functional goals.
